I co-create nourishing experiences with children and adults assisting them in remembering their interconnectedness with Nature, the Cosmos and Themselves. 

I am a certified Dances of Universal Peace Leader and have guided nature-based ceremonies for over thirteen years.  I am married with two daughters. In college, I majored in Geography and Environmental Studies and have always cared deeply for the Earth.

I try to put as little as possible into the landfill and I am constantly reusing and saving items in the hopes of using them for crafts and activities in the future. I am passionate about sustainable events and would love to co-create with anyone interested in making their events more sustainable.
